The Scott Kelby’s Worldwide Photowalk is a yearly event that happens simultaneously all over the globe. To keep the passion for photography burning, our group of smartphone photographers and content creators called the Mobile Perspectives, will be holding a leg in the city of Butuan, the Home of the Balangays.
This event will be happening on October 5, 2019 from sunup to sundown. To make the event even more exciting and special, we, Drift Stories have partnered with the world’s leading smartphone brand for camera phone, Huawei Mobile. This is open to newbie and veteran photographers alike, whether you prefer to use a DSLR, an SLR, a mirrorless, or a smartphone!
The City Goverment of Butuan City through the local Tourism Office will be working hand-in-hand with the participants to showcase the beautiful and interesting spots in Butuan City.
For the 5th time, Macy’s Camera Shop, Cebu’s most dependable, trusted and complete Camera Photo-Video-Audio shop and Food Coma BXU, a local resto that offers sizzling and smoked dishes has partnered with us.
Lastly, we also partnered with Almont Inland Resort, one of the pioneers and leading hospitality service provider and the best hotel resort in Butuan City.
The event is a full-day affair, starting with a sunrise photography session. Then, we will be exploring Butuan City to capture gorgeous and interesting local landmarks. We will also be visiting other interesting spots with the stretch of the city.
To cap the day off, we will have a sunset session at the coastal area of Masao, Butuan City! Let’s hope for a better weather on this day.
